The process of alchemy the sun and the moon are very deep and mysterious. Its roots go back to ancient Schools of Mysticism of Egypt and India. This process of awakening the mystical mysteries of love. When the Sun and the Moon meet within us, the real meeting between a man and a woman becomes possible.The first thing to learn, as we approach the theoretical basis of alchemy is that the knowledge of alchemy is not possible without changing the mindset and worldview.

There are many versions regarding the origin of the word alchemy. The same applies to assumptions about where and by whom was founded on this ancient science.

The most plausible version of the origin of the word alchemy is associated with the Arabic sources because al-Khem can be translated as “science of Egypt”. Although the word Khem was used also in ancient Greece for the name of isskustva melting of metals (metallurgy).

The ancient Greeks used many alchemical formulae and reference books on metallurgy.

Alchemy at that time was closely connected with astrology and many of the characters, concepts and names of substances in alchemy had a direct correlation with astrology.

These two very ancient science developed in a unified manner, together with the Western hermetic philosophy and “Christian” Kabbalah.

Alchemy born from such modern fields of science like chemistry, pharmacology, Mineralogy, metallurgy, etc.

According to legend, the founder of alchemy was the Greek God Hermes. And the most ancient text on alchemy are considered “Emerald tablet” of Hermes Trimegisto.

One of the famous of the alchemists was Paracelsus, who translated the philosophy of alchemy to a new level stating that the main goal of alchemy is the search for the elixir to cure the “disease”, laying thus the foundations of pharmacology .

1. The universe is of divine origin. Space is radiation of the Divine Being United to the absolute. Thus All is One and One is All.
2. The whole physical universe exists because of the presence of polarity or duality (duality). Every concept and phenomenon can be rassmatrivat as has its opposite: male / female, sun / moon, spirit / body, etc.
3. All physical matter, whether plant, animal or mineral (the so-called Three kingdoms), are the three parts of the Soul, Spirit, and Body: the three Alchemical Principles.
4. The whole Alchemical work, laboratory practical or spiritual Alchemy consists of three main evoluzioni processes: Separation, Purification, Synthesis . These three evolutionary processes are widespread in nature.
5. All substance of matter is composed of the four Elements of Fire (heat energy), Water (liquid) Air (gas), and Earth (obedinitel). The knowledge and use of the four Elements is a very important part of the Alchemical work.
6. The quintessence or fifth essence is everywhere with four elements, but is not one of them. This is one of the three important principles, known as the Philosophical mercury.
